Designation	Executive- Production (OSD Manufacturing)
	JD	Ø To monitor and control the granulation, blending, compression and coating activities.
		Ø To assist supervisors, operators of production for manufacturing.
		Ø To do online SAP entries.
		Ø To provide training to operators and staff related to the activity and evaluation of output and reporting in the form of production reports.
		Ø Implementation of ongoing SOP’s systems and policies.
		Ø To get the line clearance of manufacturing area during product change over and batch to batch.
		Ø On line filling of BMR (Batch Manufacturing Record), log books & other related documents.
		Ø To maintaining temp-humidity records.
		Ø To maintain indenting, receiving, issuance, and handling record for F.B.D. bag, sieve & screen.
		Ø To handling, indenting, receiving, issuance of die and punches.
		Ø To ensure to do in process checks during granulation, compression and coating activities.
		Ø To maintain balance calibration and verification record.
		Ø To maintain the process facilities as per regulatory norms and yield of products in specified limits at various stages of process activities.
